You can eat cauliflower soup in winter
Ingredients : 3 cups of chicken stock, 2 cups of cauliflower pieces, 2 tablespoons of minced mushrooms, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 3 tablespoons of minced onion, half a cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of flour, 50 grams of butter, 1/3 of a cup of cooking cream, white. 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, a little lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of parsley.
Method : First, lightly fry the garlic in the oven with half the butter. Fry a little with onions and add the pieces of cauliflower. Add 1 cup of chicken stock when the cauliflower is well roasted. When the cauliflower becomes soft, take it down and let it cool a little. Blend and make a paste. Put the pan again and fry a little with remaining butter and mushrooms. Fry with flour. If the color of the dough changes, keep stirring frequently with milk. Then add the rest of the chicken stock, cauliflower paste one by one, stirring quickly. When it boils, add the cream and pepper powder, and when done, reduce with parsley and lemon juice. Serve hot.
